Post ee bred to ee
I have an ee-cream female I am considering breeding to an ee-red male, that may carry cream, in the future. Would I get only ee pups?

yes just ee creams and ee reds, its like the same as breeding a chocolate to a chocolate, only going to get chocolate pups(or izzy if they carried it), but since the ee gene is a masking gene, there just going to be ee reds and ee creams.

I would be careful to breed an ee red (cream carrier) with an ee cream, it can be extremely difficult and almost impossible to sort out which puppies are ee cream and which are ee red, especially if they are very light.

(This is just my preference) Also I don't strive for ee's of any kind anymore, because of poor pigmentation issues and in some cases you don't know genetically what they are and what the ee gene is hiding. I specifically breed my "e" carrying female to a male who doesn't carry the gene. Breeding two ee's together can produce puppies with poor pigment, the nose pigment fades as they get older. I had an ee cream pup from my blk/crm brindle and an ee cream lose quite a bit of her pigment, needless to say it has scarred me

I agree and also feel it would wash out the color.
